A1 Telekom Austria Group
A1 Telekom Austria Group Brand & Communication
07/2020–10/2025
Vienna, Austria
In the 5 years of working in A1, I had two major positions.
First, I joined the marketing department (July 2020) doing communication and later I joined the Brand team (January 2022).
A1 Telekom Austria Group Brand Team
01.2022 - 10.2025
My work shaped and scaled A1’s brand by using the clear guidelines coming from the principles of the logo. I created key visuals and built reusable asset systems (posters, banners, illustrations), adapting them across channels while keeping CI consistent. When needed, I aligned with external agencies while delivering most work in-house to reduce costs and minimise brand/comms risk. In these years I was responsible of the rebranding of spaces such as A1 StartUp Campus, A1 Digital Campus, A1 Recruiting Room and other spaces.
A1 Telekom Austria Group Communication
07.2020 - 10.2025
I designed internal communication at scale, turning complex topics and time-sensitive updates into clear, engaging visuals used across the organisation, including executive and leadership communication. Working in cross-functional teams (8-12 people), I supported end-to-end campaigns (often 10 posts each) and produced materials from infographics and charts to video edits, interview/documentary-style content, and 2D/3D animation. I also delivered recurring formats such as quarterly and annual results infographics, Salesforce newsletters, and internal learning assets, building reusable visual systems that strengthened consistency across touchpoints. The work improved clarity and engagement and supported 3 to 4 major campaigns per year reaching ~17,000 employees across the nine companies.
An honest Thank You for all the support of my former Brand colleagues Stefan Schindele, Constanze Horvath-Levy and Magdalena Gruber and Strategy colleagues Pavlina Filippi, Anastasia Vermeyenco, Katharina Seyerl. Highly appreciated support of: Brian Annerl, Davi Caacbay, Dora Toli and Frane Braica.
